Our primary home serves adults aged 65 and older who need residential care support. We also operate a separate, dedicated home for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).

No. Harmony House is a residential care home — a smaller, more personal alternative to large-scale nursing facilities. We provide assistance with daily living, medication management, meals, activities, and transportation in a warm, home-like setting.

We are family-owned and operated, which means our residents receive deeply personal, hands-on care. Our small home size allows for better caregiver-to-resident ratios, more individualized attention, and a genuine family atmosphere.

Yes. We offer respite care for families who need temporary support — whether for a few days or a few weeks. Respite residents receive the same quality care and services as our long-term residents.

Our care includes 24/7 caregiving, three home-cooked meals daily (with dietary accommodations), daily activities and enrichment programs, medication management, transportation, and housekeeping/laundry.

We recommend scheduling a private tour so you can see our home, meet our team, and ask questions. We also conduct an initial assessment to ensure we can meet your loved one’s specific care needs.

Absolutely. We encourage family involvement and welcome visits. We believe maintaining family connections is essential to our residents’ well-being.

We regularly reassess each resident’s care plan and adjust services as needed. Our goal is to provide the right level of support at every stage.

Simply call us at 725-305-1295 or email Harmonyhousenv@gmail.com. We’ll answer your questions, schedule a tour, and walk you through the admissions process.
